Frederyck Franco
Graduated from York University 2012 with Honours BSc. Kinesiology and Health Science. Certified as Clinical Exercise Physiologist with CSEP (Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology) and Registered Kinesiologist. While at York University Frederyck was a Student Health Ambassador for Faculty of Health, volunteer tutor with Student Offering Support as well as Research Assistant with the Health Behaviour Change Lab.
Frederyck enjoys running, hiking and playing board games in spare time. He is looking to continue working in healthcare, promoting the role of Kinesiologist in the public and private healthcare sector.
Frederyck’s passion is exercise education. Assisting people in learning to move their bodies well and in a healthy way. Breadth of experience is working with individuals living with chronic conditions (Diabetes, Hypertension, COPD, Fibromyalgia, and Osteoarthritis).
Frederyck utilizes a person-centered approach and the spirit of Motivational Interviewing as the foundation of every interaction with clients.
Anjelika Alechina
Dr. Alechina, Anjelika graduated from CMCC in 2015 and has been an active provider in the GTA since that time. More recently, she has completed the Chronic Pain program at University of Alberta. She provides adjustments (diversified and using an Activator tool) and mobilizations of joints.
To treat soft tissues, she provides MRT (muscle release therapy), instrument assisted, cupping, and Thumper. Her treatments can also include acupuncture. Her professional interests also include concussion, dizziness and chronic pain.
When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her 6-year-old Siberian Husky, Khaleesi. She has also completed the world’s largest jigsaw puzzle (at the time), Life.
Olena kharytonova
Certified as Manual Osteopath with NMOS (The National Manual Osteopathic Society) and Registered with the Association.
